SAP PP/QM with PPDS

• 10+ years in SAP S4 PP/QM with PPDS experience
• Well versed with end to end business process.
• Must have at least 2 full life cycle implementations experience of SAP PP/QM with PPDS modules
• Excellent and hands on in configuration in the following technical areas
• SAP Forecasting, Demand Management, Production Planning (MRP) and Shop Floor Execution
• PPDS experience
• Production processes like MTS, MTO, ATO, Repetitive and CTO in SAP
• Engineering Change Management and Order Change management functionality
• Process management using PI sheets, Process control systems integration etc, including expertise in Recipe management and Active ingredient calculation process,
• SAP Quality Management areas, including Quality Planning, Quality Inspections (inbound, in-process, recurring, outbound), Quality
• Good Knowledge of QM. Material Inspection, Inspection result, order release.
• Integration with other Quality Software like LIMS etc.
• Well versed with Enhancement SDLC process end to end - RICEF
• Well versed with UT, IT and UAT cycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Strong understanding of SAP ERP modules, including but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, and Customer Relationship Management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience working with cross-functional & Technical teams in a global or multi-national environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
Flexibility to travel as required for project meetings, workshops, and site visits.
