Project Manager M&A Tech Separation -.PORTUGUESE SPEAKER* - £700PD

I am currently looking for a Project manager with strong skills in Technical Separation across the Infrastructure Estate to work for a multinational food service client of mine on a an initial 6 month project. This position requires the successful consultant to be fluent in both Portuguese and English as you will be working on a separation project with a client in Brazil.

Key Objectives:

• Lead and execute technology separation projects, ensuring seamless transitions during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, while effectively managing resources and stakeholders.
• Oversee the separation of infrastructure systems, including networks, Servers, and data centers, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Coordinate the migration of ERP and CRM systems, managing data integrity and functionality throughout the transition process.
• Drive the adoption of cloud technologies, facilitating the migration of applications and data to cloud platforms.
• Technology Separation from a Brazilian client

Experience:

• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Proven experience managing technology separation projects within complex organizations, with a focus on Infrastructure, ERP, CRM, Cloud, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, Servers, storage, and data center operations.
• Deep knowledge of cloud computing technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms, with experience in cloud migration projects.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results within scope, schedule, and budget constraints
