Position Overview:
As a Senior/Principal Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable software solutions using C#.NET. You will work on complex systems, including Real Time applications, that leverage RabbitMQ for messaging, utilize LINQ for data querying, and implement asynchronous programming and Multithreading working a Real Time operating system.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement robust and scalable software solutions using C#.NET
Develop and maintain messaging solutions using RabbitMQ
Utilise LINQ for efficient data querying and manipulation
Implement asynchronous programming and Multithreading techniques to optimise system performance
Work on Real Time systems to ensure timely and accurate data processing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions
Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through automated testing and continuous integration
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in C#.NET and .NET Core
Experience with RabbitMQ or other message brokers
Solid understanding of LINQ and asynchronous programming
Proficiency in Multithreading and concurrent programming
Experience working on Real Time systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus

The role is based in the South of England and will require hybrid working
