My Leading Banking client are currently looking for a Head of Business Analysis to help them on a large transformation journey, implementing new systems and solutions. You'll manage a team of talented Business Analysts, whilst working with Development, Testing and Support teams in order to deliver market leading solutions.
This is an amazing opportunity to work with a great team and very supportive company.
The following skills/experience is required:
- Previously worked in a Head of BA/Lead BA/BA Manager role.
- Strong Leader who is passionate about what they do.
- Financial Services background.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
