Job Description:
We are currently seeking a SC Clearedc Support Engineer to join our team based in Edinburgh. As a Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing desktop support to on-site users as well as remote support to users located in London, Leeds, and home locations.

The role involves supporting mainly HP kit, peripherals such as docking stations, keyboards & mice, iPhones, and Samsung phones in a Windows 10/11 environment. Additional responsibilities include software installation and configuration, cabling and patching, and providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of video conferencing and telephony support is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop support to on-site users
  • Offer remote support to users in London, Leeds, and home locations
  • Support HP kit, peripherals, iPhones, and Samsung phones
  • Install and configure software applications
  • Handle cabling and patching tasks
  • Demonstrate proficiency in iPhone and Samsung phone support
  • Administer video conferencing and telephony support when required
  • Maintain a high level of administration, call management, and accountability

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates must have active SC clearance and have no CCJ's
