As an EngageOne Developer, you will be specializing in creating, managing, and delivering personalized customer communications through various channels for our client to help drive their technology forward.
Skills/Responsibilities: - Proficiency with Pitney Bowes/Precisely products, particularly EngageOne Designer 6.6, and familiarity with other EngageOne products such as E-Vault, Enrichment (formerly Streamweaver), EngageOne Generate, and EngageOne Output Manager (optional).
- The ideal candidate should have a technical background and expertise in correspondence management systems (letters/digital output, email, and SMS) and enterprise database technologies.
- Awareness of output streams, including Postscript, AFP, PDF, and HTML channels.
- Experience in template upgrade & migration, normalization, batch processing, and data processing tasks such as formatting and XML mapping.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Scripting languages such as SQL, DOS Batch, UNIX, Shell, and PERL.
- Experience with the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Understanding of agile methodology and experience working in an agile environment.
- Familiarity with other content management and manipulation tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft.
- Strong, innovative problem-solving skills.
- Confidence in working with business representatives and senior stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Experience with change governance.
- Ability to support, maintain, and enhance the functionality of the technology stack for outbound communications.
- Ability to take architectural ownership of new solutions and change initiatives.
- Provide technical direction for the team.
- Ensure that technical solutions are well-documented, clear, and complete, aligning with key principles.
- Engage with project delivery teams to prescribe solutions, assist with cost/effort estimation, and develop delivery plans.
- Demonstrate technical leadership within the team by defining design patterns and software delivery practices.
- Strong English communication.
