Senior Java Full Stack Developer - Banking. - Contract (Contract)
Location: London Country: UK
 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global organisation as a Senior Java Full Stack Developer (Banking/Payments) on a Contract Basis. They need to have experience working in the financial industry Preferable Payments domain and able to build and release reliable software systems at scale.

Skills:-

  • Having 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Java Development
  • Should have experience and strong understanding of the Java latest version, Memory Model, Performance Tuning and concurrency
  • Should have experience in the Reactive Programming and Spring Framework
  • Should have experience in Event Streaming technologies - Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • Strong Experience working with Postgress, NoSQL (Cassandra)
  • Should have experience in technologies - Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Helm, AWS, OCP
  • Should have experience in designing elegant solutions and strategising the future state of large technical ecosystem
  • Knowledge in REDIS cache or similar are nice to have
  • Should be able to independently innovate and advocate best practices and solve complex problems.
  • Should be able to guide the team on implementing solutions from inception to production.
  • Should be a self starter with a SRE mindset
  • Having strong proven experience working with CI/CD - Pipelines
  • Should have experience in cloud migration ( CDC/ACLs/Hybrid Deployments )
  • Have strong experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and BDD
  • Should have hands-on experience in Git and Chaos Engineering
  • Having experience in developing Test Automation frameworks
  • Proven experience in coding, testing, debugging, documentation, maintaining of software application
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Having Strong experience in agile ways of working.
  • A degree in a computer science or a related field is desirable but not essential.
