Salesforce Project Manager (Contract)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £400 - 600 per day
 

Salesforce Project Manager - 8 - month Contract

My customer is looking for a Salesforce Project Manager that can focus on the delivery to implementation of the Salesforce platform. The project will consist of the CRM portal and risk elements.

The Salesforce Project Manager will need to plan the delivery of all the aspects of Salesforce Technology including insolvency plans, go live for each phase as well as the company's capacity and readiness. Stakeholder and 3rd party management is a very important part of this role. The successful contractor must be able to manage and hold 3rd party to account, therefore being a proactive leader internally and externally.

The Salesforce Project Manager would work remotely with ad hoc visits to sites in Crewe and London.

Primary day to day responsibilities will for the Salesforce Project Manager will include:

  • Previous experience managing a Salesforce project (CRM Portal + Risk elements) - delivery to implementation.
  • Plan the delivery of all aspects of Salesforce Technology, including the Insolvency Plan, Go Live planning for each phase, and ensuring the company's capacity and readiness.
  • Execute the technology plan.
  • Build and maintain relationships with technology suppliers, ensuring they meet performance and delivery expectations. Holding them accountable as and when needed.
  • Oversee the UAT Lead to complete user acceptance testing, resolving any issues and enhancing user understanding.
  • Develop and deliver Salesforce training for company's colleagues, identifying and addressing any gaps or issues.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues, updating and escalating them as needed.
  • Proactive leader internally and externally.
  • Strong minded, self-starter with a strong character.
