Gibbs Hybrid are looking for an experience SAP Developer with recent experience working with enterprise level banking clients for a project based in Northampton.
Location: Northampton - 2 days per week in Northampton office with the rest of the week from home
BMS Rate: Up to £570 a day
Contract length: 6 month initial contract, extensions likely

Mandatory Skills:
1. Experience in SAP PI/PO (Process Integration & Orchestration).
2. Should be able to develop end-to-end interfaces involving:
- Creation of Design Objects, Directory Objects, Mappings (Graphical and Java).
- Monitoring of messages.
- Configuring Alerts and Troubleshooting of issues if any.
3. Should have working knowledge of Java to develop and troubleshoot Java mappings.
4. Hands-on knowledge of migration from SAP PI 7.5 dual stack to single stack is a plus.
5. Ability to understand requirements and analyze feasibility along with estimation.
6. Good communication skills to interact with business and work independently.
7. Should be a team player with excellent problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:
1. Hands-on experience on SAP PI 7.5 version is preferred.
2. ABAP Knowledge to develop and edit Proxy code is a plus.
3. Knowledge in Finance module preferred.
4. In-depth knowledge of software development best practices, life cycle, and tools such as Agile Central, Transport Expresso, Jira, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. SAP Integration Developer and individual contributor to SAP Accounting Finance applications along with AGILE methodology.
2. Involved in all stages of the software development life cycle, including documentation, testing, and implementation support.
3. Provide L3 support for production issues.
