We have an urgent requirement for an IT Technician to support a Desktop Refresh on an initial 6 month contract starting in April. You will be responsible for: - Device setup and rollout as part of a desktop refresh - Hardware disposal - collecting kit from across sites and ensuring proper disposal process is followed. - Room audits - confirming what devices are in each room and if they are functioning correctly - Device reimaging as required. - Day to day troubleshooting and support.
